Shipping
Our artworks are made to order. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination, but most orders are shipped within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may be affected by carriers, customs, or local conditions that are outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your artwork. If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund.
Because our artworks are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind once the order has been processed. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

 

Payments
We accept the payment methods available at checkout (such as credit/debit cards and other local options). All payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full payment details on our servers.

 

Custom Orders
For special requests or custom projects, please contact us before placing your order. Custom or personalized pieces may be subject to different production times and may not be eligible for returns or refunds, except in case of damage or defect.
