Should your item(s) arrive damaged or with flaws, or you have changed your mind, please email us within 48 hours at miazbros@gmail.com. If the item(s) are damaged, please email us details, and if possible, images of the issue. Under normal circumstances we will offer the choice of exchange or refund. When returning products, you are advised to use an insured parcel service which requires a signature on delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for products that are lost of damaged in transit.
Items are normally dispatched within 7-10 days, using an insured parcel service. We do everything we can to meet our specified delivery period. However, occasionally delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control, and cannot therefore be guarenteed. Should we face any unexpected delays, we will inform you by email. Please also allow extra time for remote postcodes or international deliveries.
